最近、イラストのAI利用や公開方法について、ＳＮＳなどのAI生成機能が徐々に進歩していることもあり、改めて現段階での自分の考えをお知らせしておこうと思います。

【インターネットを使用したイラスト公開について】

私は、完成したイラストについては、著作権の所在を分かりやすくするため、まず自分のブログやホームページに掲載し、その記事をSNS（Xなど）にリンクする形で投稿しています。軽めのスケッチやラフについては、そのままSNSにアップすることもありますが、今後も基本的にはこの形を続けていく予定です。

(c)fumiraあるいは(c)FumiWatanabeなどのサインが入っているものはすべて私が著作権を管理しているとお考えください。

【SNSでのAI生成についての考え】

最近、XのUI上で、投稿された画像をAIで編集・生成できる機能があるようですが、私自身は、AIの使用ルールがまだはっきりと決まっていない段階で技術が独り歩きして自分のイラストを自分の知らないところでAI編集・生成に使われた場合に絵の権利の所在が不明確になってしまうのではないか、という不安を感じています。

そのため、私のイラストについては、AI編集・生成を目的とした利用は控えていただけると嬉しいです。

【お仕事でのAI使用について】

今年に入り、お仕事でのＡＩ使用についてもお問い合わせをいただくようになりました。
お仕事として作成したイラストをAI生成等に使用する場合については、現時点ではどのイラストを学習に使用するのか、生成する画像の点数、生成した画像の使用期間、使用用途、使用料などの条件をお伺いしたうえで、個別にお返事をしています。

ご検討中の方は、まずは条件面をお問い合わせください。

【イラストの著作権の管理について】
AI生成であっても著作権やその他の権利侵害がある場合には、通常の制作物と同様に一般的な著作権法に基づいて対応させていただきます。

これまで、利用規約の範囲内でイラスト素材を使ってくださっているユーザーさんや、イラスト制作をご依頼いただいているクライアントさん、また、ブログの読者さんのほとんどには関係のない話ですみません。

About Posting Illustrations on X

As AI image generation features on social media platforms continue to evolve, I would like to take this opportunity to share my current thoughts regarding the use of AI and how my illustrations are published.

For finished illustrations, I usually post them on my own blog first in order to clearly indicate the ownership of copyright, and then share them on social media (such as X) by linking to the blog post.

For lighter sketches or rough drawings, I may sometimes upload them directly to social media, but in general, I plan to continue using this approach.

Recently, it appears that X has introduced a UI feature that allows users to edit or generate images using AI. However, I personally feel uneasy about my illustrations being edited or generated with AI without my knowledge, as I am concerned that this could make the ownership of my artwork unclear.

For this reason, I would appreciate it if my illustrations were not used for AI editing or generation purposes.

Please note that this is simply my personal perspective and request.

Regarding the use of my illustrations for AI generation as part of professional or commercial work, I currently review such requests on a case-by-case basis after confirming details such as the number of images, the usage period, the purpose, and the intended use.

If you are considering this type of use, please contact me in advance with these details.

Whether the work involves AI-generated content or traditionally created content, if there is any infringement of copyright or other rights, I will respond in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
